Bevel 35° × 2 = groove 70°. Gap 2.5 mm pass. Face 1.2 mm pass.
Name the four groove numbers

Bevel thirty to thirty-five. Groove sixty to seventy.
Root face one to one and a half. A shelf.
Gap two to three. A door for the back bead.
The cam gauge. Angle, face, high-low.
Ten to fifteen. Same rod. Feather the ends.
Start and crater live on the tab.
CheckSet bevel, face, and gap. Read them with a gauge. Tack ten to fifteen. Feather. Put tabs on both ends. A cracked tack is not a gift. Grind it out.
