Point one times thirty is three. Do not read K as seconds. RST clears the sum.

ON-delay waits while the input stays.
OFF-delay holds after the input dies.
Retentive adds. RST clears the sum.
Rising edge: off to on. One scan.
Falling edge: on to off. One scan.
CheckON-delay 3 s lamp. OFF-delay 3 s. Retentive with RST. Rising-edge one-shot. Match the timing chart to F3. K is not always a second. A held button is many counts unless you take the edge.
